Yes I fall into the ‘busy’ trap too – but there are other better words we can use – life is so full / overflowing / exciting right now. Good luck to us! x

Such a shame I missed the book tour but love your review and learning from the experience. And I too want to start to eliminate words – I hate the word ‘busy’ but find myself using and thinking it.. with this encouragement, its gone! Big love x
