About Your Circle Facilitator
Elizabeth is a mother of three, a job she loves. Professionally, she has undergone postgraduate study in woman-centred models of care, trauma-informed care, integrative women’s health, sexual health and is a clinician with experience holding women’s circles in-person and online. She also has 20 years of experience in 1:1 consultations in physiotherapy and naturopathy. Elizabeth has studied extensively under her mentor Dr Oscar Serrallach completing his Matriatrics training program for health professionals, working in Mothercare.
Because she is committed to personal growth she sees her own psychotherapist regularly 😉 and attends another closed women’s circle (so let’s be clear – SAGE WOMEN is all about you.)
Elizabeth believes that being in community with other women, talking with mothers, and spending time listening to the wise-woman-elders among us is everything.
